Have What it Takes to Join Our Team?

Superintendent

Minimum of 3-5 years of construction/management experience
Skilled at reading drawings/blueprints
Field management experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Skilled at establishing elevations and building lines
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license

Estimator / Project Manager

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in purchasing, estimating, negotiations, etc.
Project management and customer service experience required
Computer literate / QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Sales/business development/marketing experience a strong plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license

Heavy Equipment Operator

3+ years’ experience operating various pieces of earthmoving/excavation equipment
3+ years’ experience installing storm drainage, performing soil stabilization, concrete demo work, shoring systems, dewatering equipment, constructing laydown yards and detention ponds, etc.
Bilingual a plus
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license

Foreman

5+ years’ experience working concrete jobsites
Field management experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Maintain a valid Texas driver’s license

Laborer

5+ years’ experience working concrete jobsites
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
